The Broadcom BCM57414 is a dual-port 10/25/50GbE Ethernet controller IC from the NetXtreme E-Series family, engineered for OEM server, storage, and networking board designs that demand high-throughput, low-latency connectivity. Intended for integration onto server LAN-on-Motherboard (LOM) segments or custom PCIe add-in NIC PCBs, the chip pairs a PCIe Gen3 x8 host interface with dual 10/25/50 Gigabit Ethernet MACs, giving board designers flexible per-port speed configuration from a single component. As the full-feature member of the family, the BCM57414 implements the TruFlow programmable flow-processing pipeline alongside a hardware RoCEv2/RDMA engine, enabling storage and hyperconverged platforms to move data with minimal CPU overhead.
